This is horrifying. In the conference they mention that businesses and the government are already building with rising sea levels in mind, i.e. less coastal development, higher walls.

All he did throughout his entire cooking demonstration was talk about how great his knife was, which should be irritating, but he's such a fucking brilliant guy, that he convinced everyone that he was just kidding, and they bought it anyway.
